Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallsAround (the "Service"), an AI receptionist and call-dispatch platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CallsAround provides AI-assisted call answering, escalation/dispatch calling, SMS notifications, calendar booking, and related dashboards and APIs. The Service depends on third-party telephony carriers and AI providers; we engineer for their failure (including carrier-level call forwarding) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of networks we do not control.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your escalation contacts current — the Service dials the numbers you configure.
- Use the Service lawfully, including telemarketing, robocall, and SMS regulations (TCPA and equivalents). The Service is built for inbound answering and transactional notifications, not for outbound solicitation.
- Configure call-recording disclosures as required by the states you operate in. We provide a per-line disclosure toggle; the legal obligation to use it correctly is yours.
- Keep your account credentials and API keys secret; you are responsible for use under them.
3. Emergencies disclaimer
The Service routes business emergencies (e.g., water damage calls) to your on-call staff. It is not an emergency service and must not be used as a substitute for 911 or life-safety dispatch.
4. Fees and billing
Plans bill monthly in advance per line. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI talk minutes and SMS; usage beyond the allowance bills automatically at the published per-minute rate on your next invoice. We alert you at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Failed payments follow a grace period, after which service pauses (callers hear carrier handling; nothing is deleted) and resumes automatically upon payment.
5. Your data
Call recordings, transcripts, and configuration belong to you. Our use of them is governed by the Privacy Policy. You may export your data and port your number away at any time.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to breach or overload the platform; no reselling without an agency agreement. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers, with notice where practicable.
7. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business from missed calls.
8. Changes and termination
You may cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid period. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes.
