CallsAround

Integrations

Answered calls become work orders — in the software you already run.

When the CallsAround receptionist takes a message, the caller's name, number, address, and problem can land in your job platform automatically — the moment the call ends, not the next morning.

Native

Jobber

One-click OAuth connect from your dashboard. Every message becomes a Jobber client + request + note — callers matched by phone so repeat customers never duplicate, urgency in the request title.

Connect it under Developers → Integrations.

Native — restoration

PSA (Canam Systems)

Run PSA as your restoration ERP? Every message the receptionist takes becomes a PSA job — caller as the job name, the full story (problem, callback number, loss address) filed as job notes, tagged Referred by: CallsAround. A 2 AM water loss is a job in PSA before your crew is out of bed.

Connect with the SchemaID + API key Canam issues for your database, under Developers → Integrations.

Native — cleaning & home services

ServiceMonster

Run your carpet-cleaning or home-services business on ServiceMonster? Every message the receptionist takes becomes a Web Lead in your lead queue — caller name, callback number, address as spoken, and the full story with urgency flagged, filed under a CallsAround lead source so your marketing reports show exactly where it came from.

Connect with your ServiceMonster API username + password, under Developers → Integrations.

Native — home services

Housecall Pro

Run Housecall Pro? Every message the receptionist takes becomes a Housecall Pro customer — caller name and mobile number, with the full story (problem, callback number, address as spoken) in the customer notes. Your caller is not texted by Housecall Pro; CallsAround owns the call experience.

Connect with an API key from Housecall Pro (App Store → API), under Developers → Integrations.

Native — restoration & roofing

JobNimbus

Run your restoration or roofing pipeline in JobNimbus? Every message the receptionist takes becomes a JobNimbus contact in your account's workflow — caller name and mobile number, with the full story (problem, callback number, address) in the contact description.

Connect with an API key from your JobNimbus settings, under Developers → Integrations.

Via Zapier — 8,000+ apps

ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade & more

CallsAround is a Zapier app with instant triggers. Map messages into ServiceTitan (Create Lead / Job / Booking), ServiceTrade (Create Job / Company), QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Slack — anything on Zapier.

Build your own

API & webhooks

A full REST API plus signed outbound webhooks (verify like a Stripe webhook, with automatic retries) for messages, calls, lines, and usage — the same surface our own integrations are built on.

What arrives in your system, exactly

Integrations are only as good as the data they carry. Every message pushes the caller's name, callback number, address as spoken, the problem in their own words, and an urgency level the receptionist assessed — plus which line answered and when. Enough to dispatch from, not just a missed-call log.

Integration FAQs

It's native and takes one click: in your CallsAround dashboard, open Developers → Integrations and connect your Jobber account with OAuth. From then on, every message the receptionist takes becomes a Jobber client (matched by phone number so repeat callers don't duplicate) plus a request titled with the caller and urgency, with a note carrying the full story — problem, callback number, and address.

Natively, with the credentials Canam issues for your PSA database: enter your SchemaID, API key, and SyncType under Developers → Integrations (there's a sandbox toggle for testing). From then on, every message the receptionist takes is created as a job in PSA — the caller as the job name, and the full story (problem in their words, callback number, loss address, urgency) filed as job notes, tagged 'Referred by: CallsAround'. Retries are duplicate-safe, so one call never becomes two jobs. If you don't have API credentials yet, Canam support issues them per database.

Natively, with the API username and password you create in your own ServiceMonster account: enter them under Developers → Integrations. From then on, every message the receptionist takes is created as a Web Lead in your ServiceMonster lead queue — the caller's name and callback number, the address as spoken, and the full story with urgency flagged in the lead note, attributed to a 'CallsAround' lead source so your marketing reports show where each job came from. Leads land in the same queue your website forms feed, so your existing follow-up workflow applies unchanged — no emails go to the caller, and nothing becomes a job or account until you convert the lead yourself.

Natively, with the API key you generate in Housecall Pro (App Store → API). Enter it under Developers → Integrations. From then on, every message the receptionist takes becomes a Housecall Pro customer — the caller's name and mobile number, with the full story (problem in their words, callback number, and address as spoken) in the customer notes. Customer notifications stay off, so Housecall Pro doesn't text your caller; CallsAround handles the caller experience.

Natively, with the API key from your JobNimbus settings. Enter it under Developers → Integrations. From then on, every message the receptionist takes becomes a JobNimbus contact in your account's workflow — the caller's name and mobile number, with the full story (problem, callback number, address) in the contact description. Great for restoration and roofing shops that run their pipeline in JobNimbus.

Through our Zapier integration. Accept the CallsAround invite link on this page, create a Zap with the 'New Message Taken' trigger, and map the caller's details into your platform's Zapier actions — ServiceTitan offers Create Customer, Create Job, Create Lead, and Create Booking; ServiceTrade offers Create Job, Create Company, and find-or-create matching. The same pattern works for QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Slack, and thousands of other apps.

Instant. CallsAround pushes the moment a message is taken — Zapier doesn't poll on a schedule — so the lead is in your system while the caller's phone is still warm.

The caller's name, callback number, address as spoken, the problem in their words, an urgency level (normal, high, or emergency), which CallsAround line answered, and when. Completed calls can also trigger with disposition and duration.

Almost certainly. If it's one of the 8,000+ apps on Zapier, use the Zapier route. If it has its own API, use ours: every CallsAround account includes REST API keys and signed webhooks (verified like Stripe's) documented at callsaround.com/docs/api. And if you tell us what you run, integrations are a priority — several were built because a customer asked.

No. The Jobber, Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, PSA, and ServiceMonster integrations, Zapier triggers, API keys, and webhooks are included with CallsAround on every plan. Zapier itself has its own plans (their free tier covers basic Zaps), and your job platform is whatever you already pay for.
